Where our alumni go

Some Novantas professionals have chosen to move on to client organizations, advanced degree programs or other career paths during the past few years. While we are disappointed when anyone leaves the Firm, we are nevertheless proud of their achievements, and maintain close contact with them as they continue to demonstrate the character and capabilities that made them successful at Novantas.

Graduate School

We counsel our staff during this decision process based on our understanding of their strengths and development needs. If you choose to apply to graduate school, the Firm will support your decision and assist you in the process. A number of our Managing Directors are affiliated with business schools and graduate schools through teaching, publishing, and research activities, and can help you make a selection based on your needs.
