- Increasing the knowledge of competitive revenue position. Our Qualytix tools provide revenue-focused benchmarking across key industries to help companies understand which aspect of the front office is competitively advantaged or disadvantaged.
- Increasing the effectiveness of front-line sales execution. Our Continuous Sales and Service Improvement program, CSSI, delivers capabilties for sales training, coaching and sales management to increase sales in the branch and telephone channels.
