Dave Kaytes Named a Director at US Health Group

NEW YORK - Novantas LLC, the leading provider of management consultancy and information services to the financial services industries, today announced that Dave Kaytes, Managing Director, has been elected to the Board of Directors of US Health Group Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Credit Suisse First Boston LLC.
US Health is an insurance holding company primarily focused on individual health insurance for self-employed individuals and small business owners. Products are distributed through two career agent organizations that are wholly-owned subsidiaries: National Foundation Life Insurance Company and Freedom Life Insurance Company of America.
Kaytes is one of the co-founders of Novantas. His 20-years consulting career spans banking, insurance, health care and information services, and his clients include more than 100 institutions in North America, Europe and Latin America.
Prior to joining Novantas, Kaytes was a partner and practice leader at Booz Allen Hamilton, and at First Manhattan Consulting Group. He was graduated from Yale and Columbia University Business School with highest honors in finance.
