Novantas Managing Director James Meyer Named Chief Executive Officer of On2 Technologies

NEW YORK – Novantas LLC, the leading provider of management consultancy and information services to the financial industries, today announced that James Meyer has been named Chief Executive Officer of On2 Technologies Inc., a leading technology firm at the forefront of digital compression.

A Managing Director at Novantas, Meyer was elected to On2's Board of Directors in May 2005. He had been acting as On2's interim CEO prior to his permanent appointment to the position, and he will leave Novantas to devote full-time attention to his new responsibilities.
