Novantas Ranks #1 in Vault Global Survey of Consulting Employee Quality of Life

NEW YORK - Novantas has been accorded the top ranking in employee quality of life in the prestigious Vault 2007 Management and Strategy Consulting Survey. The ranking is based on anonymous survey feedback from employees at 92 management consulting firms, including most of the major firms worldwide.

"Novantas staffers love their office culture," said the Vault experts. "Big points go to the firm's 'lack of bureaucracy' and 'flat management structure.'"
