Robert Vokes Joins Novantas; Technology & Operations Expert Will Advise on Performance Improvement in Banking and Wealth Management

NEW YORK – Novantas LLC, the leading provider of management consultancy and information services to the financial services industries, today announced the addition of Robert Vokes, a leading advisor on technology and operations in financial services. Most recently he was a managing vice president at First Manhattan Consulting Group, New York.
An engineer by training, Vokes has built an international reputation as an advisor in critical areas of financial services performance improvement. In addition to assisting major companies in business transformation projects, he is an active advisor in the broad field of service delivery restructuring.

Prior to his three-year stint at First Manhattan, Vokes was a group vice president at Gartner Inc., and earlier he was a co-founder and senior vice president at Zeborg, a procurement and software services company based in New York (subsequently acquired by Emptoris Inc.). He started his consulting career at McKinsey & Co, continuing from there to A.T. Kearney Inc., and then to Mitchell Madison Group LLC.
Vokes earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Cambridge, Mass.
