This program offers more than 60 deposit performance metrics, including portfolio performance, profitability, acquisition, cross sell, retention and branch performance for all major product groups. These metrics are used to determine a bank's performance against national and regional competitors, organized by competitor size. The program includes twice-yearly reporting, as well as on-site presentation of results and insights from the Novantas senior consulting team.
